Posing Baron Characters

Of all the work I did on Baron Leaders for Sid Meier's RailRoads! these are my favorites.  I began this project as a modeler, but got drafted to pose a huge amount of these guys with the animators.  It was a major crunch because of the short development cycle.  This work was done right before I joined the animation team on Civilziation Revolution.  Very fun, and my first dive into creating emotive character work.  I had a lot of fun figuring out ways to utilize the hands as tools to help communicate whether the characters were happy, sad, angry, aloof, etc.
